origins keto program next week back to our regular recipe videos and that kind of stuff I know a couple of you have skinny again like it was when I was 18 because it didn't feel that attractive and so it was all of that um okay so now 2018 arrived and now a 2018 was a much better year for me and the summer of 2018 you problems I think that can be entertaining so that's why I share some on my channel but besides that I'm the money my insecurity area kind of um and so I could squeeze a measuring tape to be a thirty waist but I was definitely more of a 31 32 didn't want to write that I wrote thirty you know if you're actually taking your measurements take them for real letting a straight changing I'm taking them for real bi thirty waist at my belly button area I was at 35 and then my butt area was a thirty six point five and my thighs were nineteen point five now as I said my thighs to be honest I don't mind if they grow if they shrink I don't everything go but I roll my goal my goal was to have eight thirty bus 25 waist which don't know if it's ever gonna happen at 30 belly button which I don't know I don't know I'm in the 38 booty um yeah for the first three weeks I pretty much only this cardio I really like the bicycle like the hi Colin yeah bicycle I really like the elliptical and that's pretty much all I did now when I first started as I said I've never done any physical activity activity and so for me just doing like 20 minutes of cardio was a lot for me and but you know I would go maybe like three times a week sometimes four times a week and I actually like really really loved it and I just felt so much more productive about my days and you know I was leaving the house a lot more as well which I work from home and sometimes like before going to the gym sometimes I could stay in the house for the whole week you know that's kind of crazy now that I think about it and the first area of so didn't noticed noticing that I was losing weight was like my hip tip area my hip dips were even more prominent which I was like yeah it's not what I asked for but I think over time everything will be smooth though origins keto reviews  um that's the first area kind of I started noticing in weight loss and also my my lower stomach area I felt like it was a bit slimmer okay and then I joined a different gym so the first gym that I joined is very affordable it's a super affordable gym in my area it's called a quinone fitness equal fitness icon openness I don't know it's like five dollars every two weeks it's pretty affordable but they don't have personal trainers so when my parents came back from their trip and you know I was super excited about the gym and all that my peers were like you know you should really get
